Empower your HR team with expert shared parental leave training
Are you an HR professional looking to navigate the complexities of shared parental leave? Look no further!
In today's dynamic workplace, understanding and implementing shared parental leave policies is crucial. Our expert-led training sessions are designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to support your employees and protect your school or trust.
Our newly developed CPD-accredited training provides you with a clear understanding of what shared parental leave is and who might be eligible for it. Understanding ways in which parents can use this leave and how it fits into your policies and procedures is crucial knowledge.
This session will explore the different terms and conditions surrounding shared parental leave in relation to the birth of a child and adoption, and what the employee expectations and employer responsibilities are. Our trainer will walk you through the process of implementing this leave and the policies to quote.
About this event
Join our seasoned HR expert, Emma Jackson, as she explores all aspects of shared parental leave for both birth and adoption.
By the end of this training, participants will understand:
- what Shared Parental Leave (SPL) is
- the difference between Paternity, Maternity and SPL
- who is eligible for SPL
- how SPL works and the process for applying
- understanding policies around SPL.
By equipping your HR professionals with expert knowledge on shared parental leave, you're not just complying with regulations - you're creating a supportive, inclusive workplace that attracts and retains top talent.
