EPM Thought Leaders Series: Navigating an evolving landscape and the impact on school and trust leadership
LOCATION Virtually through Microsoft Teams
RECOMMENDED FOR Trust CEOs, CFOs, HR Directors, School Headteachers and Business Managers.
Leadership strategies for schools and trusts in a changing environment
Join us for the first panel discussion in our Thought Leaders Series, where you'll have the opportunity to explore and discuss the evolving landscape of education and its impact on school and trust leadership.
Take this opportunity to share your experiences, ask questions, and collaborate with like-minded leaders in a safe, open forum.
In this session we'll horizon scan, to identify risks, opportunities, and effective strategies to help leaders stay ahead in a dynamic environment. We’ll be asking you to share examples of how your growth plans have been impacted, what your priorities are for the remaining academic year, and your plans for financial stability.
Why attend?
- Gain insights: Hear from sector colleagues about developing effective strategies and taking a proactive approach to changes.
- Collaborate: Engage in meaningful discussions with peers about overcoming barriers.
- Innovate: Discover new ideas and practical solutions to review risks and potential opportunities in your School or Trust.
We'll be discussing:
-
How shifts in agenda are influencing growth plans and priorities
-
Strategies for maintaining financial stability amidst change
-
Proactive approaches to navigate challenges and adapt to new legislation.
Chaired by EPM, with input from sector experts, these panel discussions offer a unique opportunity for you to air your challenges, share your experiences, discuss ideas and ask questions in a supportive and open forum.
We recognise that many senior leaders often experience a sense of isolation. With a limited number of peers to turn to for advice, feedback, or even reassurance, it can be challenging to feel confident that you're on the right path.
But we know that there is a wealth of expertise out there: creative and strategic thought leaders who are finding innovative strategies to deal with the challenges faced by the sector.
These sessions provide a safe sounding board and an opportunity to discuss topical issues and challenges, share solutions or simply listen in and pick up ideas to take back to your schools and trusts.
Whether you're a seasoned leader with ideas to share or someone looking to gain actionable insights and fresh ideas, these sessions are designed with you in mind.
