Defining your recruitment process to boost success in your School or Trust
Hiring the right people is critical to the success of any school or trust. Every recruitment decision impacts the wellbeing, safety, and future of the children and staff under your care. Poor recruitment can lead to costly mistakes, such as high turnover, reduced productivity, and potential legal issues.
In today's competitive education landscape, attracting and retaining top talent is more important than ever. Our expert-led virtual training provides you with the tools and knowledge to avoid these costly mistakes. You'll gain a solid understanding of legal requirements like the Equality Act 2010 and GDPR, ensuring your hiring process is compliant, fair, and non-discriminatory.
The training also offers a light overview of safer recruitment practices, helping you establish robust policies and ask the right questions to identify the most suitable candidates. By mastering the recruitment process - from creating effective job advertisements to conducting fair candidate evaluations - you'll ensure that every hiring decision strengthens your team and upholds your school culture.
