RECOMMENDED FOR Managers and HR professionals who are responsible for carrying out investigations
Effectively manage people challenges against a positive and inclusive culture
In today's complex and rapidly changing education environment, it's more important than ever to conduct fair and thorough investigations of complaints. Failure to do so can lead to legal and reputational risks, and damage to employee morale and productivity.
Our comprehensive CPD-accredited Managing Investigations Training covers all aspects of conducting successful investigations, from understanding the legal framework to gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.
Our experienced trainers will guide you through the entire process, providing practical tips and strategies for confidently managing challenging situations. You'll also have the opportunity to practice your skills in realistic scenarios, ensuring that you're fully prepared for any investigation that comes your way.
With our Managing Investigations Training, you can be sure that you're equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to conduct fair and thorough investigations, protect your organisation and maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.

We’ll equip you with the process, skills, and techniques to carry out a thorough investigation, including:

how to comply with employment law and best practice, including the requirements of the Acas code of practice
-
how to plan the investigation, including how to appoint an Investigating Officer

-
how to write the investigation report and make recommendations.
