Join our safer recruitment expert, Beth Alberga, as she advises how to onboard your employees more smoothly and effectively, so that you can confidently review your own practices and apply practical measures to ensure compliance.

Beth will cover:

• how to comply with employment and safer recruitment protocols, including the retention requirements for different documents and online searches
  

• how to scrutinise the application form and other recruitment processes
  

• how to carry out appropriate pre-employment checks at your school or trust, including DBS
  

• how to create and maintain an effective SCR and personnel file for your recruits
  

• the retention requirements to abide by for different documents.

On completion of this course, you will receive a CPD certification. Since the training is accredited, it also supports your employees’ professional development.
