RECOMMENDED FOR Trust CEOs, CFOs, HR Directors, School Headteachers and Business Managers.
Unlocking additional income for schools and trusts
Budget continues to provide a huge challenge for the majority of schools and trusts. This session will explore innovative approaches to generate additional revenue for your School or Trust.
We’ll be asking how your Schools have successfully reduced spend and the resourceful methods you’ve employed to increase income.
Join our panel of inspiring school and trust leaders, to talk through solutions and share insights and pick up ideas to take back to your teams.
Why attend?
- Gain insights: Take away practical ideas and strategies to implement immediately in your own setting.
- Collaborate: Engage in discussions to exchange resourceful methods and creative solutions with peers.
- Innovate: Learn innovative ways to generate additional revenue, reduce costs, and equip yourself with the tools and knowledge to handle ongoing and future budgetary constraints.
We'll be discussing:
- Resourceful methods schools have used to reduce spend
- Innovative approaches to generating additional revenue
- Practical insights and ideas you can implement in your School or Trust.
Chaired by EPM, with input from sector experts, these panel discussions offer a unique opportunity for you to air your challenges, share your experiences, discuss ideas, ask questions and take part in polls.
We recognise that many senior leaders often experience a sense of isolation. With a limited number of peers to turn to for advice, feedback, or even reassurance, it can be challenging to feel confident that you're on the right path.
But we know that there is a wealth of expertise out there: creative and strategic thought leaders who are finding innovative strategies to deal with the challenges faced by the sector.
These sessions provide a safe sounding board and an opportunity to discuss topical issues and challenges, share solutions or simply listen in and pick up ideas to take back to your schools and trusts.
Whether you're a seasoned leader with ideas to share or someone looking to gain actionable insights and fresh ideas, these sessions are designed with you in mind.
