    Having worked in the education sector since 1995, Alex provides strategic leadership to our HR advisory, consultancy and contracts administration teams. She manages relationships with some of our largest MAT clients, supporting CEOs and academy leaders with HR solutions including complex staffing issues, TUPE transfers, harmonisation, and complex case management through to employment tribunal preparation. Alex also has significant experience supporting trusts with negotiating changes to terms and conditions.

    Ailsa is one of our Senior People Partners, and has worked for over ten years in the Human Resources sector. Added to this experience, she is a qualified teacher, with many years’ experience teaching within the primary education sector.

    Working at EPM has been an opportunity to combine her two passions – education and HR – and enables her to apply unique levels of empathy to the situations in which she advises. Ailsa also volunteers as a Local Authority Governor at a local School, and in this role has oversight of safeguarding. She is passionate about ensuring children of all ages and backgrounds have access to a safe environment, a high-quality education and plentiful opportunities to succeed.

    As Director of People at The Education Alliance, Lisa worked alongside the CEO to weave strategic people initiatives into the Trust's overall strategy, impacting on culture - improving recruitment, reducing staff workload, enhancing benefits, and creating flexible career development opportunities that invested in high-quality CPD.

    Rachel has 14 years’ experience in HR and has been part of the EPM family for 8 years, commencing as Senior HR Adviser and currently supporting our customers as Lead People Partner. More recently, Rachel’s responsibilities include a focus on quality and compliance for our advisory services. Prior to joining EPM, Rachel worked in an internal HR team at a multi academy trust and has also gained experience within the private sector. Rachel is CIPD level 7 qualified and keeps up to date with changes in the education sector and employment legislation to be best placed to support senior stakeholders.
