    Having worked in the education sector since 1995, Alex provides strategic leadership to our HR advisory, consultancy and contracts administration teams. She manages relationships with some of our largest MAT clients, supporting CEOs and academy leaders with HR solutions including complex staffing issues, TUPE transfers, harmonisation, and complex case management through to employment tribunal preparation. Alex also has significant experience supporting trusts with negotiating changes to terms and conditions.

    Having joined the company in 1995 and worked her way up through the business, Jen was appointed CEO in 2017. Jen brings considerable experience of working within the education sector, having worked with some of the UK’s largest MATs. She has supported academy leaders and CEOs with complex staffing issues and worked with the DfE on some of the first MAT conversion projects.

    Alison joined EPM over three years ago. Having started her career in the private sector, Alison moved into the education sector around 20 years ago when she became the Director of People Services at a large further education establishment in the East Midlands.

    More recently, Alison worked for the local authority supporting schools before making the move to EPM.

    Having joined the company in 2006, Georgie has extensive HR experience and specialises in academies and MATs. She is skilled in advising on large-scale change programmes, TUPE transfers and complex changes to terms and conditions. She develops and delivers training and development programmes for HR leaders in the education sector. Georgie has strong experience working with trade unions in negotiating changes to employment policies.

    Graeme’s Acas career has seen him work across all of the services main departments, giving him a strong understanding of employment issues. He has filled various management roles and led many successful Certificate in Workplace Mediation training courses. His current focus is firmly on collective dispute resolution, where he has successfully helped parties in many regional and national disputes achieve positive outcomes. Graeme is always keen to explore pre and post conflict projects with parties in order to help them avoid potential conflicts.

    Robert has extensive experience successfully helping to solve problems with employees and managers in workplace settings. He is keen to further develop his interest in sectors that are most exposed to fast-evolving government policy whether in health, transport or elsewhere.
