This conference held by the Multi Academy Trust Association will feature a variety of keynote sessions, workshops, roundtables and an end of day panel discussion.

Attendees will come away from the conference with guidance, case studies on growing your trust, and how to be the most attractive and high quality trust possible.

    Having joined the company in 1995 and worked her way up through the business, Jen was appointed CEO in 2017. Jen brings considerable experience of working within the education sector, having worked with some of the UK’s largest MATs. She has supported academy leaders and CEOs with complex staffing issues and worked with the DfE on some of the first MAT conversion projects.

    Having worked in the education sector since 1995, Alex provides strategic leadership to our HR advisory, consultancy and contracts administration teams. She manages relationships with some of our largest MAT clients, supporting CEOs and academy leaders with HR solutions including complex staffing issues, TUPE transfers, harmonisation, and complex case management through to employment tribunal preparation. Alex also has significant experience supporting trusts with negotiating changes to terms and conditions.
