    Ailsa is one of our Lead HR Partners, and has worked for over ten years in the Human Resources sector. Added to this experience, she is a qualified teacher, with many years’ experience teaching within the primary education sector.

    Working at EPM has been an opportunity to combine her two passions – education and HR – and enables her to apply unique levels of empathy to the situations in which she advises. Ailsa also volunteers as a Local Authority Governor at a local School, and in this role has oversight of safeguarding. She is passionate about ensuring children of all ages and backgrounds have access to a safe environment, a high-quality education and plentiful opportunities to succeed.
