EPM school leaders breakfast roundtable (financial planning and procurement advice)
LOCATION EPM Newton Aycliffe Office, DL5 6ZE
RECOMMENDED FOR Customers and prospects - CEOs, CFOs, COOs, School Business Managers, Finance Managers
Empowering education: Exploring the impact of sound financial planning on school improvement strategies
Join our education experts at our Newton Aycliffe office for an exclusive 'School Leaders breakfast' roundtable series, where we invite you to share your insights and contribute your experiences over coffee and breakfast. Our next in-person roundtable of the series will focus on financial planning and procurement advice.
This session will address how sound financial planning/awareness impacts on school improvement planning, including:
📜 Statutory financial requirements - 'the musts'
💼 How to master financial management
📊 Key aspects of financial benchmarking - why it is useful
📚 Benefits of integrated curriculum financial planning (ICFP).
These complimentary events, hosted by our EPM team, will bring together valuable experience and education sector expertise to provide informative discussion forums during the coming months.
Please note: delegate numbers are capped at 20 for the best possible learning opportunities and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
We understand how tough the current climate can be with budgets continually being squeezed and the education landscape continuously changing. Therefore, it's more important than ever that we have a community and sounding board for school leaders to share their learnings and challenges in a safe space.
Don't miss your chance to join sector colleagues, hear from industry experts, and enjoy a fantastic networking opportunity (with the added benefit of refreshments).
