In today's landscape, many leaders - while brilliant educators - find themselves thrust into leadership roles that demand an entirely new set of skills.
When no two roles in leadership are the same, why shouldn't training evolve to match?

Introducing our Education Leaders People Management Toolkit

Developed with a deep understanding of challenges faced by leaders in education, our CPD-accredited training equips you with essential HR and people management skills needed to align with your specific leadership role

Comprised of 10 interactive modules, you’ll develop the skills and confidence needed for effective leadership in education alongside a supportive training team who understand the nuances of education-specific HR.

How does our toolkit work?

Education Leaders People Management Toolkit

Embed learning gradually over the academic year with relevant training modules, delivered live once a month

Life in education is busy, and every leader has their own unique set of challenges and priorities. That’s why we’ve designed our toolkit to work with you, not against your busy schedule.

Here’s what you’ll get as part of our cohort:

  • 6 core modules covering the basics of Education HR

  • The freedom to select 4 additional modules based on your unique role requirements

  • 1 live trainer-led session each month for each module you’re enrolled into

  • Focused sessions lasting 1-1.5 hours, including time for your questions and a short test to embed your learning

  • A CPD-certified certificate upon toolkit completion to mark your hard work and newly gained skills!

No overwhelming time commitments, no irrelevant content. Just practical, CPD-certified training that respects your leadership schedule while allowing you to learn skills relevant to your specific challenges.

How can I join?

Throughout the academic year, we’ll offer multiple chances to join our Education Leaders Cohorts. Our next session takes place on 10 July 2025, with further cohorts planned for the summer and autumn term 2025.

What our cohorts had to say

Absolutely met and exceeded expectations. It reinforced or added to my knowledge considerably. The quiz at the end was an excellent touch! Looking forward to the next one!

This was a really helpful introduction to HR, an area which I have only learned about previously through work-based experience.

I found it really informative, and I gained a lot of general information. I feel I am going to gain a lot from this course!

Met all my expectations. I really enjoy hearing real examples too. I am looking forward to the other modules.
