    Having worked in the education sector since 1995, Alex provides strategic leadership to our HR advisory, consultancy and contracts administration teams. She manages relationships with some of our largest MAT clients, supporting CEOs and academy leaders with HR solutions including complex staffing issues, TUPE transfers, harmonisation, and complex case management through to employment tribunal preparation. Alex also has significant experience supporting trusts with negotiating changes to terms and conditions.

    Maggie is one of the Senior HR Partners at EPM and leads a team of people professionals at our North Office. She is a Chartered Member of CIPD with over 20 years experience and has a wealth of knowledge in both Strategic and Operational HR.

    Maggie has worked with leaders and stakeholders to help shape, develop and deliver solutions by providing high-level people management and development support. She has worked in local authorities, the commercial sector and as a standalone HR Manager within a multi-academy trust. Maggie has also been a School Governor and so has seen a range of people-related issues from different perspectives.
